The three remaining Dancing With the Stars competitors went all out for the final performance show of Season 13. But it was dark horse Rob Kardashian who really impressed the judges. Monday night marked the first round of the finals on “Dancing With the Stars,” as Rob Kardashian joined season-long favorites J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake for the penultimate dance-off.
Rob Kardashian saved his best moves for last on Dancing with the Stars, getting a perfect 30-point score at Monday night's finals and emerging as the unlikely frontrunner going into an anything-goes decision show Tuesday. It was ultimately "Cinderfella" Rob Kardashian who really wowed the judges by coming up from behind to sweep America off its feet with his enthusiasm and charisma.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” sibling improved over the course of the season and arguably earned his spot in the finals, but the performances he put on once he got there didn’t reflect his newfound abilities. "Brilliant!" gushed Bruno Tonioli after the freestyle dance. "You've just given your all," added Len Goodman. "Your family should be proud." Rob, 24, and Cheryl Burke wowed the judges and ended up at the top of the leader board.
"This competition is often won or lost in the freestyle," said Carrie Ann Inaba. "But to get a 10, you have to blow us away. Consider me blown!" Also for the first time this season, they ended the evening as the point leaders, earning 57 out of 60 points.
While Kim Kardashian joined the family cheering section at Dancing with the Stars to support her brother Rob in the show's finals Monday night for the first time since announcing her divorce from Kris Humphries.
The stars will dance again Tuesday night during the season finale, after which the winner will be announced. The winner is determined based on a combination of judges’ scores and viewers’ votes.
