The 24-year-old actress is seen reclining with her white blonde hair tumbling over her shoulders, her arm raised above her head. The person responsible for stealing the photos has yet to be revealed, but the source of the original uploader has been identified by Fox News as a Russian hacker.

Playboy paid Lindsay Lohan a rumored $1 million for a cheesier, faker version of something she did for free in a mainstream publication three years ago. The NSFW photos from the actress' spread in the gentlemen's magazine have hit the night, and, we'll hand it to her - regardless of who she thinks she's trying to emulate, she does look nice!

It’s a dramatic yet tasteful pose. But the drama didn’t stop there as Lindsay Lohan apparently missed a flight and so had to cancel a scheduled appearance on the Ellen. After leaked these photos, there are millions of Web users who have already see these playboy photos of LiLo.

The hacker has revealed that he did not actually stole these photos from the real magazine—but these playboy photos were found by him on peer-to-peer file sharing websites. Taking to Twitter, Hefner said: "Because of the interest and the internet leak, we're releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early. Lindsay Lohan was the top search name on the internet yesterday. Hot Hot Hot."

The hacker found the files after doing a search on peer-to-peer file sharing sites.  He expects the files were originally stolen somewhere in the digital publishing process or hacked from a server. The hacker also tells FoxNews.com that he has done this before, saying it’s a hobby for him when he “has the time.” He also has received cease-and-desist letters from the men’s magazine before.
“When I’ve done it before, Playboy sent a e-mail to take down the links, and I do,” he said.

The shoot is set against a sexy red backdrop; in some of the photos she lies on ruffled material - while in another she perches on what appears to be a lip-shaped couch. Hefner told also told the Insider, "It's a classic tribute, inspired by the original Tom Kelley nude pictorial of Marilyn Monroe."

Ramie Marie Grimmer's prophetic message was written on Monday just hours after her mother, Rachelle Grimmer, took her and brother Timothy, 10, hostage along with a human services worker at a state office in Laredo, Texas, reported MSNBC.com.

The standoff came to an unfortunate end later that night when Rachelle shot both Ramie and her little brother once in the head, then killed herself. Timothy remains in critical condition at a San Antonio hospital, where his sister died of her wounds on Wednesday.

The seven-hour ordeal caught the nation's attention after it was reported that Grimmer had gotten upset with the Laredo welfare office because they denied her food stamps.

After being taken into a private room by a supervisor to discuss her case, she pulled a gun and held her hostage. She later let the woman go, and hostage negotiators and police talked with her all night while she spilled a slew of complaints against state and federal government agencies.

At around 7.50 p.m., Ramie changed the “employer” section of her Facebook account to “may die 2day.” Later at 10:34 p.m., Ramie posted, “im bored,” and then 18 minutes later, “ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhh.”

The little girl's final post was 11:28 p.m., and read “tear gas seriasly,” which is thought to reference the SWAT team that had surrounded the building attempting to restrain her mom.
